I do love locs on anyone!
I've known many people who aren't of African/Black origin that have the most gorgeous locs (one of them being my cousin who has amazing freeform locs)! And there are so many websites dedicated to it too. This was a picture that I saw from one of my favourite boho fashion blogs. I think she's gorgeous!

In the Seattle area (my home town) and in Oregon state as well, you will see people of different nationalities that loc their hair. I currently live in Texas and I haven't happened upon anyone with locs who isn't of African descent. I think that locs will work on anyone who decides to grow them though.
