There have been many wonderful short documentaries shared throughout different blogs, discussing topics of a similar nature... this one brings together a common issue that affects a group of womben of different cultures and herstory on how skin colour STILL matters in this day and age, to be beautiful.

i am from trinidad and tobago and this is a problem out here but the funny it is reversing now
indian and yellow skin woman want dark kids so they go out looking for darker men .
this video is so truthful. Sadly shadeism still runs in my family. I thought that we had moved past this stigma in most cultures but it is unfortunate to see that it still afflicts us.
