If It Takes 21 Days To Break A Habit...


21 days doesn't seem that long... 
what would you change?


I used to think of habits as a negative thing/word... like the time I had habis that I felt were holding me back, like smoking. But the more I look at this statement, the more I find positivity in the possibility that with the initial challenge of 21 days (and many boosters afterwards to maintain it in place), the word "habit" can bring a very real and positive life change...

Like the habit of praising your Self when you have achieved something and celebrating your next step forward or starting a new fitne plan like yoga.

What will you be changing and rearranging lol?
