For a vegan version, replace milk with soya milk (I love the vanilla one!), almond milk or rice milk. It's such great warming comfort food - I remember eating this stuff like crazy when I was little and it was Christams time or when we were out in town late in Madrid and wanted something warm at 3am before heading off home. Yum!
