Are quick to assassinate what they do not understand.
They move in packs ingesting more and more fear with every act of hate on one another.
They feel most comfortable in groups, less guilt to swallow.
They are US!
This is what we have become, afraid to respect the individual.
A single person within a circumstance can move one to change, to love ourself, to EVOLVE."

I'm blown away by Erykah's fearlessness. And I am glad that she is speaking to all of her critics in the Black community who have tried to pigeon hole her with their oppressive thinking. Let her be whoever she is, let us all have the freedom to grow and change naturally. Without all of the harsh judgement and criticism.
