Oh my goodness this inspirational – thanks for not forgetting. I am certainly gonna do some research on this! I was thinking that I might do either capoeira or karate, but I’d soona do capoeira cause of the African spirituality thing. Much appreciated! Oh yeah wanted to say previously that I’d never heard of Miss Georgia Ann Muldrow (don't know where I've been?), so I went on YouTube and caught some of her tunes. Couldn’t help myself, so then I bought ‘Fragments of an Earth’ and now caught stop player it – it’s brilliant. Once again thanks!
