Back-To-Basics Vegie Foodie: Risotto... Yum!

I'm loving comfort food... Here is the basic essential version to make this:

I also love to add other things to the basic recipe: onions, garlic, olives, red kidney beans or chick peas, mushrooms and tomatoes. It's great experimenting!
