Trina began working as a coach,trainer and consultant after working for 15 years as a marketing consultant and Head of Human Resources Development for an international advertising network, and 10 years in management training and development. While based in Germany, she has worked throughout Europe,and considers strong intercultural acumen and visionary diversity management integral parts of business leadership today. Trina has lived in Germany since 1975, is the mother of two adult children (and two wayward dachshunds), and partner to a semi-retired management consultant who is a chess and sudoku fanatic.
